Something Fishy 🐟 is going on with this app🤔🤦🏿‍♂️ this is the only time you guys respond when someone makes negative comments about your app. i can't stand this app anymore. The world is full of cheaters

After wagering 30k throughout a year using this as my primary sports book I switched to DK after Fanduel stole a $200 refund by putting in on a Prepaid card, that I never at any point had or used(Which my state doesn't even allow prepaid transactions) instead of my original debit card. The customer support is Awful did not resolve the issue, and lied about the refund when I provided all the receipts of transactions and the original deposit being from my Debit card. Beware using this App.

anybody getting shorted on the rewards points that are added each day? contacted FanDuel three times yesterday and have yet to receive any explanation as to why some days I am being shorted on the points added

It keeps saying cant verify my location then this "403 ERROR The request could not be satisfied. Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner. If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation." Please help this happened out of nowhere.

becoming a pain with glitching when I'm about to win or just cuts off. then they are supposed to give you $35 every Monday then say oh you won enough so no need for your casino bonus. I'm done with FanDuel and go to sugar House casino. support can't help glitching and today is my last day I will be removing FanDuel due to me spending over way more than 200k+ and to barely get anything back is crazy then not having consistent promised bonus back every Monday. I've been on level 4 for a long time

wow! what a horrible experience with the app. I deposited $100. I wanted to play PokerStars got completely scammed out of $100. I wasn't allowed to withdraw it since there was some stupid location verification thing happening. overall the user experience in the inside the app is very poor. so that's my mistake. definitely won't be back

I would rate it zero if i could. The app barely works, you can play about 1/5th of the games in the casino. the rest lock up or block you from entering. It verifies your location every 10 minutes which usually causes the app to operate even slower. The customer service is basically non existent. Find a different app is you like keeping your money.
