This app is good to see your daily progress but it takes som much time to install.
awful..just awful! it's sudden stopped tracking my sleep, restarted fitbit, uninstall reinstalled and its still not showing. reason I bought fitbit as specifically for this feature. Google health is terrible. and all the replies from Google telling you to do this/that but still not working. u may delete the app now as its useless
Google has deleted my Fitbit account NOW and without warning and is now forcing me to sign up again so they can have control. All my data is gone! Finally got the app running..but it has stalled now. stopped syncing a week ago! Useless

I am doing a study with USC utilizing the Fitbit Charge 6. Since Google has taken over the fitbit app, I have been unable to connect the fitbit to my phone and the Google Health app. Very frustrating. I've deleted the app, reinstalled, I have 2 gmail accounts so I've entered them both not knowing which one to use. Working under both, I'm unable to connect so the watch and phone synch. At my wits end.

Another Update: How did Google manage to make it worse? I don't get it, Fitbit was perfect! All Google needed to do was to improve upon what Fitbit created. instead, Google's folks messed it up, buried it, then tried to come out with some abomination called Google Health. terrible! Come on Google! stop it!
I've been having long-standing issues for months. I call customer service, and they tell me the same thing over and over again: uninstall, reinstall, clear cache, log out, log in. Nothing works. I also lost the majority of foods that I've logged over the years! The same goes for the steps and water. I now have to add these items as if they're new. They should have left it alone; it's frustrating and time consuming trying to use this new system. Please fix this!
It's dangerous to ask for cycle health tracking in the US. There should be a way to COMPLETLY remove it from the app. I highly recommend any woman out there that's even considering tracking this to stop immediately.
Hi, the app is decent but im having an issue i have the premium service but i don't get the ask coach option i tried everything and still don't get it, any help?

Bring back custom meals in food logging! This was an incredibly useful feature in Fitbit that Google just removed when they took over the app. The data is still there (there's 3rd party apps that can access via API) but I've heard Google is going to delete all of the custom meals that users created over the years. Bring back meals! It is really a time saver, especially for people on a diet who routinely meal prep, or make their own smoothies.
