More often than not says off line when it shouldn't. Update: I really regret buying this. Now it won't connect to wifi anymore, it won't connect to the app either. Update: Finally got the connection working. The camera picks up things in real time, however, the app doesn't give an alert until anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes later.

I would think long and hard before I would let this company get access to your credit card information. Sign up for 6 months @ $95 and somehow see a 12 month $169 billing on your card. They have been a nightmare to deal with and near as I can tell I'm not done with them yet! Only after the credit card company gets involved will they respond to any of your inquiries. Hard pass on these guys!!!!
