this app sucks. it constantly has to be closed and reopened to update. it freezes all the time so there's no way to operate it. sometimes the bus doesn't show up on the map AT ALL until it's LEAVING the neighborhood

My stop bus app last year was an awesome bus tracker. It literally showed where the bus was at so I could meet my kid at the bus stop at the exact time and I could see the bus route. Now all I get is a picture of a bus and a time. I dont like this my ride k12 app.

I understand that the school district controls what level of tracking but without any transparency of what a features are enabled or disabled by the school and some kind of guide or troubleshooting to why x enabled features aren't working I'm just going to assume this app is here to troll parents and make easy money from the schools. My kid shows up 6 minutes early and the app is telling me 3 minutes late. Bus driver skips neighborhood pickup & the app just lets us think they are still coming.
