Pure excellence
painfully slow and unoptimized. I honestly dread opening this app. doesn't matter if I'm on 1Gig fiber wifi or verizons "amazing" network, slowwwwwwwwwww
Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who works for Verizon. I had recently lost everything in a scam and Verizon gave me a huge discount to keep my phone on. I'm slowly getting my life back and you are a big part of it. Sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart. Verizon for life.

app is very easy to understand and use
At first, the site was almost confusing, almost. As soon as a couple times getting through it, easy-peasey. I think it was my fault. OOPS!
somehow after 10 years with Verizon, they removed a customer loyalty discount. that i was never informed about having or never was listed on my bills. my phone bill went up $80 per month. I've never missed a payment. they also charge $40 for changing your plan. I'm not very impressed during this very expensive time we live in
