False advertisement. The usage statistics feature doesn't exist. tried to seek for help but no human responses at all. Chat bot does not answer correctly either. totally useless app. regret paying a year's subscription for it.

Restrictions and limits randomly stop working. Impossible to get a human to respond to assist. App is totally unreliable.
Changed phones and was completely locked out of my parent account, with no obvious way to log back in. Meanwhile, Kids360 was still restricting my children’s phones and I couldn’t remove it. Support was dreadful: the chatbot sent me in circles, the app help was useless, and email support just redirected me back to the same bot. I eventually fixed it myself. A parental-control app must have proper account recovery and access to a human. I won’t use it again.
The app has some good qualities like the updated live location tracker. But it glitches out more often than not. Alot of times it says my child's phone is offline so it cant see where they are. It says to restart the app on my childs. Also sometimes the apps lock on my kids phone when they should not. Ive had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times to get it to work again. Not worth the $60 annual fee they force people to pay. The owner should offer a 30 day free trial or even 7 days.

very bad app so much disgusting thing is that everything need money in the app I install the app to moniter my kid but the app always use to ask about money for everything like what is this???? if you want money then why you even make the app just for kids control??? so so much bad experience 👎 not recommended seriously they just going to loot us or nothing except.
doesn't work well between android (parent) and ipad (kids) . it doesnt show the detailed time of what app the kid is using . there is no support to talk to only AI bot. i paid a full year sub that i regret .
I have buy a yearly subscription but my phone is reset and all the data is gone. When i installed the app again can't find login menu, but i directed to re-register my phone and kids. but in my kids phone it's have registered with my lost account. untill now i cant login to my account. chat bot not helping.
