I don't like how you can't save your card to your account, so every time you order you have to put all your card details in again sometimes more then once

I've had multiple issues with coupons not loading in at checkout. I paid $8 more than I was supposed to on an order. Also, orders cant be canceled, and support is handled through an automated portal. I've filed 2 claims through support and have gotten no response. I'd avoid the app altogether

In theory the app is a great idea. the rewards program is awesome. THEORY is the keyword here. In PRACTICE, however, it's horrible! I see all the great deals and it gets me excited/eager to order, but when i proceed with the first step- selecting location, they flash on the screen for a millisecond, then promptly crashes! I have tried everything from updating app/my phone to uninstalling-reinstalling. I have allowed permissions, etc. Nothing works! What a tease!!!

I just downloaded this app and when I signed up I literally got a free sandwich if I bought something for $5 and I went to the store for the pickup not even a minute later it's already finished and ready they got everything done it was so fresh and so amazing love this app

The slowest checkout load screen I've seen in my entire life. You'd think they don't want your business, with this kind of slapdash half assed app.

Not having an option to cancel an order on the app is a huge inconvenience. When you need a refund you have to call an 800 number and wait for them to start a case which takes forever. Stores are constantly out of items that are listed as available on the app.
