complete scam!!! everything on the app cost atleast $1 more than in the store. u have to spend like $200 dollars to get a free meal. by the time u do that, u already paid for it twice by the upcharge they charge u to use the app. they also wont let u pay with cash in the store. they just want ur credit card info

workers are still offended when customers asked for burger off the Broiler.They get a kick out of it.Burger was lukewarm I boycotted BK for 10 years and will do so again MCDONALDS 1/4 POUNDER ARE MADE TO ORDER AND IS FRASH AND MELTS CHEESE WITH NO MICROWAVE GUESS ILL STICK WITH .WHAT MAKE BK THINK WE HAVE TIME TO GIVE SURVEYS WHEN WORKERS DONT CARE. NOT EVERYBODY EATS WARM COLD FOOD

used to love the app but it recently started crashing on startup when looking for local store. I reinstalled, and now it crashes on the payment screen instead.

Placed a $75 dollar order. Got someone else's Chick-fil-a order instead. Dealt with an AI bot that told me to wait for a response. 3 days later got an email that my order was marked as delivered and offered $15 credit on a future order. I am disputing the charge. **update: after posting this review, BK customer service reached out to me, asked for photos, and then refunded my full purchase price.**
