App has more issues than an unwed addicted teenage mom. slow super slow, freezes and is not user friendly. back button starts all over and I feel it's an attempt to make canceling difficult. App needs a lot of work. I refuse to use it anymore. Aside from the no good app drug store products I can get cheap and for change or pennies at years end are not what we subscribe to boxes for. Cheaper beauty sub boxes have better products than ipsy. You ruined it. Ending boxycharm was the fatal mistake.

When I clicked “Resubscribe,” IPSY automatically charged my saved payment method without letting me verify or update my address and payment information first. I then subscribed specifically for the August Ultimate box, but my order never moved beyond “Order Received.” After multiple tickets and two weeks of follow-ups, IPSY canceled my future subscriptions instead of resolving the issue. A refund is not a solution to poor customer service. I wanted the box I selected, not weeks of frustration.

I'm a very long customer of Ipsy incl. the ultimate subscription. It was once a really good company, but it is consistently getting worse. The choices are mostly bad by now, your beauty quiz of preferred products gets totally ignored... choices are often horrible plus lately products often missing in Box! or even added on (extra paid) are missing, dealing with a bot, no real customer service. Chosen products by Ipsy often cheap and what you can choose, prices for add ons are 2&3 times as high.

do not order from ipsy if you do they'll try to take money off your card 8 9 10 times a day at least make sure you don't sign up cuz if you sign up your card will constantly have withdrawals from ipsy on top of it it's all pretty much dollar makeup just keeping it real something ipsy don't

I love using Ipsy because of the deals & you get a bang for your buck. Only issues I have is that the app interface is clunky, it's slow sometimes, it crashes sometimes, it logs me out for no reason sometimes. I just had an issue with an order of just 2 mascaras shipping to my old address, even though I had updated & changed it to my new one MONTHS ago???? I don't understand how it could be sent to that old address automatically when my monthly subscriptions always send to my new address???

Be careful dont subscribe with ipsy they will steal ur money The moment u subscribe, if u try to cancel your subscription, they will try their best to let u pay for an extra month Whatever they send is cheap things and already expired Don't think about returning or refund because they will give you a tough time most good reviews are made up

if I could give a negative start review, I would. they said it would be free but than they make me have to pay. on top of that it's very basic information you can Google, and googling it is faster. don't get the worthless app.
