(Edit) App is working well. It was an error with android not the app itself. (Previous review with 1 star)app never works. says there's no network. there is. various fresh installs. nothing.

on my first attempt using the app my bank account was drained by a double charge and then told I didn't have funds for my ticket. supposed to be returning my money, we'll see. scam app

After receiving the wrong seats to my concert and reaching out FIVE times they acknowledged thier mistakes and refused to offer even a partial refund. They charged $420 in "service" fees and couldnt even give me the correct seats I paid for. Everyone in my section had the same issue and was offered no solution. I've had this issue one other time with a different company and they refunded my service fee for thier mistake. SeatGeek however has been highly unprofessional and had poor accountability
