wouldn't let me pay for my flight! The new update isn't better than the previous version. I was through the whole process and trying to pay, entered card info and pushed pay but an error code was thrown. After several attempts, I had to call SWA on the phone to get my flights booked. So if it's true that people are having problems with getting their boarding passes, come on!
pleased with this new app
Lisa at the front desk for Southwest Airlines in Tucson AZ acted as if I was bothering her. No one was there, and she made sure to tell me like three times that I needed to go into the self check-in in kiosk first before approaching the counter. She called me up to the counter just to tell me that. I didn't know how heavy my luggage was, so this is why I was waiting for her to call me. I work customer service, and I would never tell a customer what to do. She needs to help her customers! Rude!
To register for TSA PreCheck touchless, I scanned my Korean passport, but I keep getting the following error: "Mrz must have between 1 and 88 characters" Please, improve the passport scan feature.
Things only got worse...we paid for better seating, but I'm stuck back in the last boarding group still. don't waste your money on seats. Funniest part? Boarding groups 2-6 were empty. The employees continue to be amazing. The app is now destroyed behind a terrible build. You can't buy tickets correctly. I've had to click continue more times than I've ever needed to in any app ever in existence. You can't go back to just make sure you can apply for something in a cart. Switch to another airline.

old planes, update them
had it for three minutes, learned it has to much access to my device that I cant turn off, buh-bye also the auto adjusting my brightness, is kinda weird, like a power play. add a brightness setting you dictators

Garbage, it doesn't notify you when they cancel your flight.
This app is reliable to have the right information concerning my booked flights and its nice to have to ticket on my phone, especially since I am able to add it to my Google wallet. I would say the areas for improvement start with having the "add to calendar" option add BOTH the departing flight and the return flight. it currently only allows you to add the departing flight. Also, searching for flights could be easier. Every time I go back a page I have to input my dates and preferences again.
