ViaGoGo is a scam operation. ViaGoGo misrepresent the pricing of tickets if you are buying more than one ticket, you see only the price of one ticket. Charge you exhorbant fees, force resell of tickets at a loss instead of allowing refunds, then charge the fees again on sales and who ever bought the tickets you were forced to sell at a loss. A scam racket of exploitation where they charge fees multiple times through a chain of bad sales.

tickets bought in good faith issued day before denied entry due to name on passport not matching ticket when scanned by stadium staff

had to open 2 separate accounts, Viagogo and AXL just to get tickets?? and then wait nearly a week to get them? third party or not tickets need to be sent immediately without without any need to download any apps! you have the e-mail address

I purchased 4 tickets for R8,346 and the payment went through immediately without any bank OTP or app approval. I received an order confirmation, but when I logged into the Viagogo app, it showed “No upcoming events” and no tickets were available. The event is tomorrow. I have reported the transaction to my bank and they are investigating it. Extremely stressful experience.
