suspended my account for no reason and no notification and just tells you to contact customer care but no way to contact them. the contact us section on the website just links to a useless FAQ where they tell you, to contact them if you have any issues but no information on how besides probably (AI) chat is you logged in. 🤦. wouldn't it be amazing if we would use HI (human intelligence) when writing and building support? horrible for international visitors. completely not thought through!

Pretty good most of the time with clear codes to ensure you get the right parking slot. It does feel the additional cost for the text is a bit excessive but then useful to get reminders.

I paid just over £6.50 once, than it said my number is already associated, but when I reset password and logged me in, I had to pay a second time, totalling just over £13 for 2 hours parking, outrageous! Edit1: Reached out through the app and talked to a conversation robot whom promised my issue will be sent to a human. It's a small payment error but it could be repetitive for some people. Edit2: I went back on statements and saw that after conversation I got refunded £6. Resolved.
