Still horrible! Spent over an hour on the phone with "support" have uninstalled and reinstalled this more times than is worth it and it still dosnt work. Horrible! I will load rewards points to app, it shows the rewards, and it works. When I go to use it the next day, it can't connect the account to the rewards available. Keep getting Sorry! We can't retrieve your Fuel Rewards info. Try again. I spent over an hour last week on line with Shell and still nothing works. App and rewards are usless!
